Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of DYMGO (the “Service”). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

DYMGO lets you create a business profile, compose posts, and publish them to connected social media and Google platforms (currently Instagram, Facebook, Google Analytics, and YouTube, with more planned).

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content (text, images) you upload. By using the Post Composer to publish to a connected platform, you grant us a limited license to transmit that content to the platform(s) you select, solely to fulfill your publishing request.

4. Connected Platforms

When you connect a third-party account (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, or your Google Account for YouTube and Google Analytics), you authorize us to access and, where applicable, publish content to that account on your behalf, using only the permissions you approve. Your use of those third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms of service, including YouTube's Terms of Service for any connected YouTube channel.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, or to violate the terms of any connected third-party platform.

6. Availability

The Service is currently in active development. Some features may be limited, in testing, or unavailable at times (“Coming soon” features are not yet functional).

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
