Privacy Policy

DYMGO (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a tool that lets small businesses and independent professionals create and publish content to multiple social media platforms from a single dashboard.

Information We Collect

  • Account information: email address, full name, business name, and business logo you provide when creating an account or editing your profile.
  • Content you upload: text and images you create using the Post Composer.
  • Connected platform data: when you connect a Facebook Page and/or Instagram professional account, we receive and store your Page ID, Page name, Instagram account ID and username, and an access token that allows us to publish content on your behalf. We only request the minimum permissions needed to read your connected Page/account info and publish content you create in the app.
  • Google Account data: when you connect your Google Account, we access, with your explicit consent: your YouTube channel ID and title (to confirm the connection), your Google Analytics 4 property list and read-only metrics such as sessions, active users, and page views (to show on your dashboard), and the ability to publish, on your explicit request, a video you select to your own YouTube channel. How We Use Information

We use this information solely to operate the service: to authenticate your account, to display your profile and connected accounts, and to publish the posts you create to the platforms you've connected. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with access controls (Row Level Security) so only you can access your own data. Access tokens for connected social accounts are stored securely and used only to make the specific API calls you request (e.g., publishing a post).

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect a social account, we delete the associated access token immediately. If you request account deletion, see our Data Deletion page.

Google API Services

DYMGO's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your use of your Google Account with DYMGO is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

  • Google Analytics (analytics.readonly): after you connect your Google Account, we call the Google Analytics Admin and Data APIs to list your own GA4 properties and read sessions, active users, and page views, shown read-only on your dashboard alongside your social metrics. We never write to your Analytics property.
  • YouTube channel info (youtube.readonly): right after connecting, we read only your channel ID and title, to confirm the connection and show which channel is linked on your Profile page.
  • YouTube video upload (youtube.upload): our Post Composer lets you publish a video you select to your own connected YouTube channel in one click. Only videos you explicitly choose and submit are uploaded — DYMGO never uploads automatically or on a schedule.

Tokens for your connected Google Account are stored encrypted, scoped to your account only (row-level security), and used solely to make the API calls described above. You can disconnect your Google Account at any time from your Profile page, which immediately deletes the stored tokens.

Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your Profile page, or by contacting us. You may disconnect your Instagram/Facebook or Google account at any time from your Profile page, which immediately revokes our stored access token for that connection.

Third-Party Platforms

When you connect a Meta account (Facebook/Instagram) or a Google Account (YouTube, Google Analytics), your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We only access the data necessary to provide the features you use within our app.
